ASA, a practice of harmony and appreciation in purity

ASA began in 2019 as a collection of vegan sushi, offered over the counter and in a box. ASA Vegan Sushi is inspired by nature and traditional Japanese philosophy, expressing harmony and purity in an sincle bite of minimalistic beauty.

Since 2025, ASA Ritual has begun, as an homage to my late grandmother’s passion for calligraphy. Through ASA Ritual, I now bring together Japanese calligraphy, dialogue, and ASA Vegan Sushi, offering a space for calmness and equilibrium.

I am constantly working on the next event to offer sensorial experiences.
